Outreach will contact your customer on your behalf via telephone calls using either live agent or automated messagging (where allowed).  Phone detail/numbers are provided to us by the client and multiple phone numbers can be submitted.  Calling Intervals are chosen by client for both live agent and automated messaging.

Recap reports are provided daily detailing all activity on your submitted accounts.

We make every attempt to achieve the account resolution requested on your active receivables while you maintain the complete control of each account.  Outreach enters all account updates/information into your billing system real time to assure customer satisfaction.
