Darrell Alsup

Darrell has been in the Collection/Credit Reporting/Call Center industry for 26 years in a sales and consulting role providing sales, marketing, and Accounts Receivable Management solutions to the Fortune 500 business segment. He has represented clients such as Comcast, Echostar, Verizon, Sprint, Time Warner, TXU, US Bank, WAMU, and more. He spent 13 years as Vice President of Sales/Marketing with TRW, Regional Director of Sales for 5 years at Outsourcing Solutions Inc, and worked at AFNI as Director of Business Development.


Thomas Smith
Vice President of Information Technology

Thomas joined Outreach in May of 2012 and brought with him over 16 years experience in Information Technology.

"I've got a passion for things being done right the first time. I enjoy all phases of implementing new technologies from research & planning to implementation, follow through, and verification. My experience and expertise covers a wide array of technologies including: Server designs & installs, VoIP implementations, application & database design, Microsoft network/server management, Linux servers, desktop imaging/cloning systems, backup & disaster recovery planning & implementation, telecom solution design & telco/ISP contract negotiations, and much more."


Lee Ann Hageman
Vice President of Operations

Lee Ann joined Outreach Communications in 2004 bringing with her 20+ years of experience in Business, Personnel, and Operations Management in the Call Center Industry, specifically cable TV services. She has a proven track record in all aspects of Call Center Developmentand Day-to-Day Operations.


Justin Choate
Manager of Operations

Justin joined Outreach in September of 2013 and brought with him over 8 years of call center and management experience. He is an accomplished management professional with a demonstrated track record of creating rapport and trust with clients in a diverse setting; knowledgeable in many areas of call center operations including coaching, sales, and collections. He has strong leadership skills shown through leading other team members through daily tasks and follow ups.


Von Dvoracek
Applications Development

Von joined Outreach in September of 2002 and brought with him over 4 years experience in Information Technology within the Call Center industry. He graduated with a BS in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas At Dallas and has in depth knowledge of database and application development, along with communications experience in VoIP, PBX and Predictive Dialing Systems.
