Mark Rippley

Vice President - General Manager

Mark Rippley brings over 20 years experience in sales and sales management within the cable and telecommunications industry, collections and call center services to OutReach. Mr. Rippley has held sales and management positions at start-ups, medium size companies and major fortune 100 corporations. As an AT&T Vice President, he managed a budget busting media services division that captured the Rising Star Regional sales award for three straight years. In this position, Mr. Rippley participated in all aspects of the company and possesses knowledge of business as well as sales. In 1985 he started his own company that he sold in 1995. Mr. Rippley will take a company from concept to reality and make it successful. His success stems from an ability to partner with customers and find solutions, rather than selling to them. As an accomplished trainer / motivator, he has spoken at several professional functions. Mr. Rippley will design sales strategies to accelerate the new venture learning curve.

Darrell Alsup
Vice President Sales

Darrell has been in the Collection/Credit Reporting/Call Center industry for 26 years in a sales and consulting role providing sales, marketing, and Accounts Receivable Management solutions to the Fortune 500 business segment. He has represented clients such as Comcast, Echostar, Verizon, Sprint, Time Warner, TXU, US Bank, WAMU, and more. He spent 13 years as Vice President of Sales/Marketing with TRW, Regional Director of Sales for 5 years at Outsourcing Solutions Inc, and worked at AFNI as Director of Business Development.

Von Dvoracek
Director of Information Technology

Von joined Outreach in September of 2002 and brought with him over 4 years experience in Information Technology within the Call Center industry. He graduated with a BS in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas At Dallas and has in depth knowledge of database and programming development along with communications experience in VoIP, PBX and Predictive Dialing Systems.
